Purchases made are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the ship date.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached.

Shipping instructions:

  1. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or bag of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  2. Place the label on the outside of your package. Return labels are not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s):
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our return address above within 30 days from the ship date. The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) plus any original shipping charge paid by you and the return shipping costs ONLY if a copy of the shipping receipt is included. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. 
To ensure proper processing, please email us at support@strictlyfits.com with the return reason. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected to confirm that the item is damaged, defective, and/or the wrong item. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please be sure to include that in your email of what you would like in exchange. As long as the merchandise is available, we will happily replace the original item(s) at no cost. If the merchandise is no longer available for exchange, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your purchase.
